General
Once we process your order (between 1-2 working days), you will receive a phone message with your tracking number and shipping partner details. For deliveries outside of Malaysia, you will be notified of your tracking number over email.
Once products are delivered, the product is non-refundable. Products that are not delivered (due to shortcomings from the courier service) within 30 business days (Malaysia) and within 90 business days (international) are eligible for a full refund, do email us at hello@psknudsenbeauty.com to have a chat.
We are here to help you and can be reached via email or via DM over Instagram (please note that we are closed on holidays). Our operating hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time, excluding public holidays observed in Malaysia.)

Ordering on P.S. Knudsen
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards via Stripe and all FPX, Debit and Online Bank Transfers through ipay88. Please email us at hello@psknudsenbeauty.com if you are experiencing issues with your Checkout experience.
i) Try to clear your browser cache/history and try again. This usually helps solve the issue.
ii) Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information your bank has on file. Any differences in your billing details can affect your order from going through.

If you are experiencing issues with your promo code, drop us an email at hello@psknudsenbeauty.com within the promo period and we will assist you further.
We are sorry to hear you missed the time frame for your promotion. We are unable to redeem expired promo codes but we encourage you to keep an eye on @psknudsen (Instagram) for upcoming promotions.
Delivery
Once your order is processed, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number and shipping partner’s details. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship due to processing times.
*Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Malaysian public holidays.
All orders are processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 3 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday. All processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.

We collaborate with our warehouse partners to handle all our product storage and deliveries. These partners observe appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and cleanliness guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. Our delivery fees include our packaging materials.

East Malaysia: DHL
Singapore: Aramex
All other countries: Case by case basis depending on courier availability and rates. Please note that with the global Covid-19 Pandemic, orders could take up to 4-5 weeks or more to arrive due to tightened customs restrictions. All customs fees (should there be any) are the sole responsibility of the customer. P.S. Knudsen is not responsible for any customs charges that may be imposed. All international orders will be sent via registered post unless advised otherwise.

Product- Prickly Pear Seed Oil
Our signature Prickly Pear Seed Oil (PPSO) is 100% organic and natural.We add nothing else to the oil so that you can enjoy it at its purest, most natural form.
With most natural/organic products – colour, smell and consistency tend to vary slightly from batch to batch. The oil naturally smells like hay and is a pale to mid-tone yellow colour (depending on the harvest and batch). As with all truly authentic Prickly Pear Seed Oil, our P.S. Knudsen signature Prickly Pear Seed Oil does contain a few traces of sediment in some of our bottles (these are just traces of the seed husks) and the oil could appear slightly ‘cloudy’. Please do not be alarmed. This is completely normal and natural. We truly believe that the less the oil is tempered with, the better. Our oil is cold-pressed and is run through a simple strainer, rather than put through a vigorous filtration system. (When you see extremely clear Prickly Pear Seed Oil you know that heat and machines have been involved in the manufacturing process.)
If you are uncomfortable with the sediments in your bottle or if you would like to be extra sure that your product is within its normal variety, email a clear picture of your oil to us at hello@psknudsenbeauty.com so that we can assist you further. Kindly do this within four weeks of receiving the oil. Please remember to always store your PPSO in a cool place and away from direct sunlight and please conduct a 48 hour patch test before using the oil to be extra sure of new allergies or reactions (Yes. even though our oil is 100% natural and plant derived!)
Due to the organic and natural nature of the PPSO, it is suitable for everyone to use, no matter your skin type or condition. The oil is suitable for pregnant women, babies and children too and can be used externally on any surface of the body, including your hair, eyebrows, eyelash tips and nails.
