Where is my order?
Once we process your order (between 1-2 working days), you will receive a phone message with your tracking number and shipping partner details. For deliveries outside of Malaysia, you will be notified of your tracking number over email.
What is your return policy?
Once products are delivered, the product is non-refundable. Products that are not delivered (due to shortcomings from the courier service) within 30 business days (Malaysia) and within 90 business days (international) are eligible for a full refund, do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to have a chat.
What are your business hours?
We are here to help you and can be reached via email or via DM over Instagram (please note that we are
closed on holidays). Our operating hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Malaysian time, excluding public holidays observed in Malaysia.)
